SiteOmat Gold - Home base station automation
SiteOmat Gold is Orpak's newest state-of-the-art, web-based automated fuel and fleet management system. It provides a scalable turn-key solution for governmental, municipal and commercial fleets, transportation, construction, ports, mines, tanker trucks as well as the single gas station.

SiteOmat Forecourt Controller
The core of the SiteOmat Gold solution is the SiteOmat station automation software. It is based on the embedded OrCU (Orpak Controller Unit) platform. The basic product supports up to 25,000 off-line transactions and 50,000 vehicles and drivers.
The SiteOmat electronically locks all dispensers and pumps, ensuring that only appropriately authorized vehicles and drivers can refuel and be served. This process takes into account the vehicle refueling limits and restrictions, both on-line and off-line. The system ensures accurate recording of each transaction including odometer and engine hours data.
It supports a variety of electronic and mechanical dispensers, as well as stations with up to 64 dispensers including stations having different types of dispensers.
The rugged hardware design enables it to withstand the harsh gas station environment and extreme temperature range. It utilizes a solid state FLASH disk and battery back up.
SiteOmat controls and interfaces with the following forecourt devices:

Tank Level Gauging System (TLG) - choice of several brands,
Outdoor Payment Terminal and Printer (OrPT),
Attendant/Driver Contactless Tag Reader (OrTR),

A flexible business logic is provided to support several operation modes such as self service, attendant tags, vehicle identification and auto-authorized mode.
All SiteOmat Gold products are certified by UL, CE and FCC.
Secure WEB-based Access to Stations & Head Office
The SiteOmat Gold provides for on-line remote management and maintenance capabilities over a secured web connection from the office, home or on the road. The remote management system allows the user to monitor the fuel consumption in any particular gas station and forms a complete fleet and fuel management system.
OrIC (Orpak Island Controller)
Orpak Island Controller is an independent site controller having complete site control automation. It supports automatic vehicle identification and manual authorization devices. It includes the SiteOmat forecourt controller, OrPT (Orpak Payment Terminal) and optional printer, all mounted in a pedestal.
The OrPT accepts a variety of authorization devices such as cards, RFID tags, fleet keys and HID cards.
The OrIC interfaces with the forecourt devices such as dispensers, TLG, payment terminals and vehicle identification devices.
OrCU 3000
The OrCU 3000 is an independent site controller with complete site automation in a sealed metal box. This rugged box is wall mounted for either internal or external installations. The OrCU 3000 interfaces with the forecourt devices, such as dispensers, TLG, payment terminals and vehicle identification devices.
OrTC
OrTC (Orpak Tanker Controller) - is a mobile tanker truck solution. The controller has been especially designed to address the heavy or stationary equipment refueling needs at the site. It is connected to the nozzle equipment on the tanker truck and controls the tanker's electric valve. The heavy or stationary equipment is identified by the VIU (Vehicle Identification Unit) component of the FuelOmat® or by a driver contactless Tag. The controller on the truck is now capable of registering the amount of fuel dispensed from the tanker truck as well as dispensing the correct amount of fuel to the respective equipment. All data is automatically transferred via cellular modem to the Fleet Head Office (FHO) for reports and management.
